6.1振动试验Vibration Test

1分钟频率变化从10Hz到55Hz,振幅1.52mm,在三个方向各振动2小时

11.1 注意事项  Matters needing attention
  X光扫描 X-Ray Screen
  Mic 不能进行X光扫描,如果必须要用X光做BGA扫描,最大剂量需按照下面图表,Mic 的灵敏度在扫描之前和
之后都需要进行检测,检测值需记录作为参考。

11.2电离空气净化  Ionized air cleaning
不要直接把电离气枪带到麦克风的声音出口。
Do not bring the ionized air gun to microphone’s sound outlet directly.
建议的条件: 距离﹥8cm;时间﹤5 sec

11.3 木板清洗限制 Board wash restrictions
在回火过程后不要清洗板子是很重要的。这会损坏麦克风的。
It is very important not to wash the board after the reflow process. This could damage the MIC.

11.4 真空限制  Vacuum restrictions
非常重要的是不要在麦克风的口洞上拉一个真空。这会损坏麦克风的。
It is very important not to pull a vacuum over the port hole of the MIC. This could damage the MIC.
